It's snowing! This is very exciting news in London. Sadly I don't think it will settle, which will annoy Sam and Josie very much; they had big plans for breaktime at school tomorrow.
I have been a very slack knitter this past weekend. I couldn't make it to Knitflicks, but I managed to get down to Brixton afterwards and go for sushi with Fi. We were too busy eating and talking to do any knitting, it was lots of fun.
I was looking at my project corner in the living room over the weekend and it is looking a little out of control; there are an awful lot of projects lying in there on top of each other (each in its own plastic bag of course). So, this week will be my sorting out week; here's what I've got planned:
1. Finish Woody. I am spending way too long completing the knitting on this. It's stocking stitch, in an aran yarn for goodness sake!
2. Start sock 2 of Retro Rib for Sockapalooza. I have a feeling March 15th will come upon us very quickly.
3. Finish Rockstar Jr while it's still cold enough for Josie to wear it.
I think that's enough to be getting on with. I'll be reviewing this on Friday, which should give me some goals for the weekend.
I'll leave you with a picture of some beautiful stitch markers that came in the post on Saturday. They were a RAOK from Joni.
Thank you Joni - I love them!
Love the bead markers! More snow is forcast, or you could go up north and see plenty!
Dawn :)
