Not a very inspired post today, I'm afraid. I'm home from work with a horrible chesty cough/cold thing. I spent most of the weekend either in bed or on the sofa covered in a duvet, so there hasn't been an awful lot of knitting.
I've done one sleeve of Gemma.
I've started the body. I'm doing it in one piece, in the round, as there are way too many ends to sew in if you do it flat. I've only done two pattern repeats so far, but it's going fairly smoothly. The only problem I've encountered is that Calmer doesn't seem to move very easily on my Denise needles, so I may change to Addis.
Sockapalooza socks are blocked and ready to go - postcard courtesy of my Secret Pal.
The Post Office is normally pretty busy on a Monday, so they may not go until tomorrow, but that is the 15th March, so I guess that will be OK.
Right, I'm off to my duvet and some honey and lemon.

poor you! There's a lot of people coughing and sneezing at the moment, must be the weather. Socks look good. I'm also posting mine tomorrow. They're all ready to go!
dawn
PS and the sleeve looks good. Isn't the body _all_ patterned?

Get well soon...Gemma is looking great, at least you can snuggle up at home with her for company.

Lovely to see your progress on Gemma - looking great! I was interested to see how you're making the body. I'm going to try to work it flat on a circular needle so I can work from whichever end has the right colour yarn! Can't wait to start it (but need to seam Lucy first!) - just got the yarn pictured on my blog. Happy Knitting & hope you feel better soon.
